general
I am happy to draw fanart or original characters, LGBTQIA+ couples, characters of all ages, some animals/anthro, et cetera. I'm also open 18+/NSFW, so don't be afraid to inquire!Also keep my style in mind when deciding to work with me; I cannot draw in the style of another artist, so please don't ask me to.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs. I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason, and can refer you to another artist if needed. I will not draw:❌ loli/shota characters in indecent positions/situations
❌ complex machinery/mecha
❌ complex environments
❌ realistic portraitsI require clear credit for my work on Twitch/Youtube. For vtuber models, I also ask that you credit me in your Twitter bio. I do check, and will reach out if I see that I am not being credited.Please do not use my art for any hateful content.
client obligations
You and I both want your commission to go as smoothly as possible. :) To streamline this process, please:🤍 Read through my terms/commission information carefully.
🤍 Fill out the commission form clearly and concisely.
🤍 Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject. (Mood boards are welcome too!)
🤍 Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.
🤍 Assume responsibility for any important information and/or references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction. I wish I were a mind reader, but I'm not!
payment & delivery
Payment is due in full upfront (via PayPal invoice using USD). The commission will only be official after the upfront payment has been made. A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.Once work commences, I will communicate via Discord or email to share progress at various stages. At this point minor alterations can be made, so let me know if anything needs changing. Major changes may incur more fees.Estimated delivery within two months of full payment. You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission; no physical item will be shipped to your home address.Refunds are not available if the client has simply changed their mind about commissioning me. By paying my invoice, you are agreeing and committing to my terms. If I terminate a commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If a commission is going to be delayed by the fault of the artist, partial refunds or termination can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.If a commission is terminated at any time by the client I will refund for the work not completed. This will usually be a partial refund unless absolutely no work has started.Example: You paid $100 for a commission. I complete the sketch (¼ of the commission process). The next day you decide to terminate the commission. Your refund will be $75 since ¼ of the project was completed.If communication breaks down on the part of the client for a period of 30 days (that is, the client fails to reply) I will issue a warning email. If this warning email is not replied to and communication does not resume within a following period of 30 days, I reserve the right to to terminate the commission. In this event, all payments made will be retained by the artist and the commission will be cancelled.Do not issue chargebacks. You cannot cancel a commission after the work has already been completed and delivered. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if the artist takes more than 4 months without progress OR updates. In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of progress.Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.If you enjoy my work and want to further support me, tips are always welcome and appreciated. ;w; You can either donate on stream or pick something up on my Throne wishlist. & commercial use
Vtuber/stream related commissions include commercial rights, but for work listed on the general commissions page, commercial rights may be purchased for 300% the original price (upon request).Commercial rights do not equal copyright. I, 2AM_mocha, retain the copyright of all commissioned works.I reserve the right to stream, record, and/or upload videos of the creation of the artwork.Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.You may NOT under any circumstances:
❌ Claim my art as your own work.
❌ Color in my sketches or lineart.
❌ Remove my watermark/signature.
❌ Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork .
❌ Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
❌ Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

What do you stream?
